Travel Nurse RN – Dialysis in Roseburg, OR

Job Description

Shift Notes: Shifts varying depending on the week/3x12s/36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: Possible weekends
On Call Requirements: No call

Submission Requirements

• 2 years of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume – REQUIRED
• Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting listed on resume – REQUIRED 
• Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN – REQUIRED 
• Must have FMC and EMR abilities – REQUIRED
• ICHD/PD/HHD experience = perfect candidate!

• Certifications – don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• License – must be active for the state they will be working at time of submission
