- 1+ year of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume – REQUIRED
- Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting listed on resume – REQUIRED
- Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN – REQUIRED
- Must have FMC and EMR abilities – REQUIRED
- Certifications – don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License – must be active for the state they will be working at time of submission
