The unit has 4 beds with a 1:1 patient ratio.
The role requires excellent documentation skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities include large-bore IV starts, medication administration, and assisting with various procedures.
Applicants should have good critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills with the interdepartmental team.
The scheduling requirements are Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with the possibility of staying late 1-2 times a week.
Floating is within the scope of practice and experience.
