Must-Have:
– 2 years OR Circulating experience
– Varied skill set with General Surgery, ENT, Uro/Gyn, Orthopedics, Robotics
– Cardiovascular OR experience

Job Description:

– Work in a cardiovascular and surgical unit with 14 Operating Rooms, including 2 dedicated Cardiovascular ORs.
– Operate within a team of 8 RNs and 8 Surgical Technologists, primarily during Day Shift hours.
– Manage 1:1 patient ratios ensuring high-quality care and patient monitoring.
– Utilize Meditech ORM for Electronic Medical Records.
– Handle a variety of surgical procedures, with a focus on heavy robotics, gynecology, general surgery, ENT, colorectal, vascular, and urology.
– Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
– Participate in on-call responsibilities with shifts starting after regular hours and covering weekends.
– Abide by dress code with scrubs provided by the hospital and adhere to the policy prohibiting artificial nails, dips, and gels.
– Engage in self-scheduling for on-call shifts, contributing to team balance and coverage.
– Preferred candidates have CNOR certification and at least 5 years of experience.

Note: This role requires a commitment to responding to on-call shifts within a 30-minute window and willingness to cover shifts during weekends.
