Description:
This is a 26-bed cardiac open-heart thoracic vascular unit.
The RN must have a minimum of 2 years of open-heart experience.
ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
Candidates must be independent in obtaining labs and initiating IVs.
Ratios are usually 1:1 or 1:2 but can go up to 1:3.
Floating is required.
Scrub color is solid black.
Resume must include EPIC experience from the last year.
Requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application and cannot exceed 7 days.
No block schedule requests will be accommodated.
