Location: New York, NY – 10016
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (3 shifts/week, 11.5 hours/shift) OR 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Start Date: 06/11/2025
Weekly Hours: 34.5 hrs /week
Pay Median: $3105/week – $3650/Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Cath Lab team in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and the ability to perform specialized procedures and patient monitoring in a high-acuity environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab including pre- and post-procedure monitoring
  • Administer medications including conscious sedation
  • Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
  • Follow all hospital policies and protocols, including infection control and documentation standards
  • Work 11.5-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays
  • Rotating weekends and holidays

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
  • Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
  • Experience with conscious sedation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute hospital environment
