License: Active Arizona License Required
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Description:
Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered.
The traveler must have current Cath Lab experience and the ability to scrub for Cath cases.
All certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active upon submission.
No previous disciplinary actions on Nursys.
RTO requests within the first week or during holidays will not be approved.
Travel experience is preferred.
The orientation process will be provided by the hiring facility.
Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept upon submission.
The facility will determine the on-call and weekend schedules.
