Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Hours per Shift: 12

Experience: 24 months minimum of current Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience required

License: Active RN license

Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have:
Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered.
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.
No license hits are required.

Description:
Candidates must include a copy of their driver’s license in the submission.
The cover page must be filled out completely.
All request details need to be noted in the highlights section.
Start date should be on or very quickly after the order start date listed.
All RTO should be less than 7 days.
RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays.
All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed in the submission.
Candidates should indicate which states they are interested in.
All shifts the traveler is willing to work must be mentioned.
All departments the traveler is open to working in must be checked on the cover page.
Travel experience is preferred.
Certifications must be active upon submission and included.
The skills checklist must be specific to the discipline and less than a year old.
Background requirements must be adhered to and attested to.
An active license verification must be less than 30 days old.
Candidates must ensure compliance requirements.
Weekend schedules will be determined by the facility.
An on-call schedule will also be determined by the facility.
