Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum years of experience required

License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have:
– Cath lab experience
– ICU experience

Description:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.

Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.

Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.

Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Intra-procedure experience required.

Skills:
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit or department.

Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
