Job Title: Case Manager RN – Travel Nurse Position

Location: Tukwila, WA 98168
Facility Type: Home Health
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift (5×8 Hour, 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled home health experience within the last 3 years.
• Current Washington State RN license or compact license.
• BCLS certification required.
• BLS from AHA
• *HCHB REQUIRED
• Must have reliable transportation; occasional travel up to 50+ miles may be necessary.
