You get to play a pivotal role in shaping the patient care standards and clinical culture of this new Unit. This Unit will be an Intermediate care unit that cares for a patient population of increased levels of acuity. In this department, you will have the exciting opportunity to care for a wide spectrum of patient populations that meet criteria for Intermediate care. You will interact and work alongside dedicated intensivist, Advanced Practice Providers, and a complete multidisciplinary team that promotes academic shared learning and career growth. Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes.
