Job Description

Job Title: LPN/LVN – Rehabilitation
Location: Lancaster, OH 43130
Shift: Day 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)

Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/02/2025

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year of LPN Rehabilitation experience
  • Inpatient hospital setting experience needed
  • BLS Certification
  • Compact or OH State LPN License
