Job Title: LPN(Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Hallock, MN
Pay Rate: $39-$45/hr
Shift: Days & Evenings (5*8)
Start Date: Two weeks from the date of position offered.
Job Type: 13 weeks contract

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, in assisted living facilities, and home care settings.

Duties

  • Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Perform IV insertions and catheterizations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
  • Assist in case management and patient assessments.
  • Provide primary care services to patients.
  • Contribute to occupational health programs

Skills

  • Proficiency in IV insertion and catheterization.
  • Experience in working with people with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of assisted living and home care practices
  • Familiarity with travel nursing principles.
  • Ability to perform case management duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum a year of experience required.
  • Active BLS required.
  • Active LPN-MN license required.
