Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a night shift assignment at a long-term care/skilled nursing facility in Albion, NE. The nurse will be responsible for delivering compassionate and competent care to residents, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Document care provided in the Point Click Care charting system
• Support a safe, sanitary, and positive environment for all residents

Required Qualifications:
• Active LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact license)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Current BLS certification
• IV Therapy certification
• Proficient in electronic charting (Point Click Care preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
