Travel LPN / LVN – Long-Term Care – $1,616 to $1,746 per week in York, NE

Job Description

Minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in a Long Term Care setting required. Will be required to float to all house holds in the facility.
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nebraska, or Compact State and active BLS issued by American Heart Association are required.
**Will not accept candidates whose permanent residence is within 50 miles of the facility**

Shifts: Will be working 8 hour shifts: 6:00AM-2:30PM, 2:00PM-10:30PM, 10:00PM-6:30AM. Schedule is posted 4 weeks at a time. Culture is very important at Hearthstone and travelers are expected to be reliable and flexible and work the shifts that are needed by the facility.

Dress Code: Any color of professional scrubs. No other facility names or logos are permitted. No vibrant hair colors permitted, tattoos must be tasteful or be fully covered, and will permit a tiny nose stud.

Orientation: Will accommodate any day, Tues-Fri between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm and will review hospital policies and procedures. Culture is very important at York General and they want travelers to understand the expectations surrounding their level of care. After HR, they will report to the department and start floor orientation.
