Job Title: LPN / LVN – Skilled Nursing (SNF)
Location: Lake Isabella, CA 93240
Pay: Upto $1600/Week
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/09/2025

Summary: Assess, plan and implement nursing care of residents under supervision of RN. Responsible for continuity of care by providing direct care, passing medications, as well as supervising CNAs and support staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of LVN LTC/SNF experience
  • BLS Certification
  • CA State VN License
