JOB DESCRIPTION

LPN – Continuing Care

●        About Facility:

o   Skilled Nursing Facility

o   Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

●        Patient Ratios: 

o   LPN: 1:18-20 Days; 1:26 Nights

●        Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements

o   LPN & BLS-AHA

●        Skills required:

o   Previous Long-Term Care exp to include: Trach management (refresher provided during orientation), foley care, wound experience, dressing changes, IV starts/management, tube feedings

Pay Breakdown:

Weekly gross: $1500/week

Taxable Weekly: $500/Week

Non-Taxable Weekly: $1,000/Week

W2 Hourly (Taxable): $14/hr
