Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hours per Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience: Minimum of 1 year

License: Required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: IV certification preferred

Description:

Day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Shifts are 12 hours in length.

Weekend coverage required every third weekend.

Holiday coverage required every other holiday.

Guaranteed weekly hours are 36.

Overtime is available for this location.

Typical patient demographics include various diagnoses.

The facility operates with a ratio of 1 nurse to 32 patients.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system utilized is PCC.

Orientation pathway will be completed with facility staff.

No on-call or call-back services are available.

Cancellation policy requires a two-week notice.
