Description:
The position involves working in a skilled nursing facility.
Shifts will include a mix of 8-hour day and evening shifts.
Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
Holiday coverage will be on a rotating basis.
LPNs will be responsible for various patient care tasks.
Common diagnoses and types of patients include tube feeds, trach cares, wound cares, IVs, stroke, skilled services, and memory care.
The nurse-patient ratio is 1:37, with additional staff to assist with medication management.
The electronic medical record system utilized is PCC.
Care for patients will include skilled services and complex medical needs.
All candidates must hold the necessary license and certifications.
