Job Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, efficient nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.n
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient reactions.n
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members.n
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and report significant changes.n
- Document care provided in compliance with facility standards and HIPAA.n
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance across daily activities.n

Qualifications

- n
- Active LPN license in good standing.n
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility preferred.n
- Strong time management and clinical assessment skills.n
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced care environments.n
- BLS or CPR certification required.n
- Openness to travel assignments as needed.n
