LTC C.N.A. – 8/12 HR VAR shifts 

–  Required Certifications: MN CNA License, AHA BLS
–  Minimum Experience: 2yrs CNA experience, 1yr in LTC
– Charting Experience: Matrix preferred
– COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)
– Desired Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
