Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver medical and educational support to special education students and others with complex health needs within schools in Fargo, North Dakota.

Requirements:
• Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of North Dakota

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct health care and support to students under the supervision of RNs
• Assist in administering medications and treatments according to provider orders
• Monitor student health status and report concerns to RN or other medical personnel
• Document care and maintain communication with families and educational staff
• Assist with case management of students requiring intensive support
• Support students during transportation to and from school when needed
• Any other duties as assigned.
