Position Overview

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for travel assignments in various healthcare settings. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, and assist in patient assessments and care planning. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other procedures.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Travel to various healthcare facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• License: Active LPN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management.
• Certifications: BLS certification required.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments.
