Job Description
1. Assess and manage complex wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, and surgical wounds.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent complications.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, physical therapists, and dietitians.
4. Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on wound care principles, treatments, and prevention strategies.
5. Participate in wound-related research, quality improvement initiatives, and policy development.
