Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions or severe injuries. They monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement advanced treatment plans. ICU RNs manage complex medical equipment and respond quickly to emergencies. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential.
Under general supervision, provides direct patient care to assigned patients.

Skills:
• Proficiency in developing nursing plan of care, implementing effective nursing care, and evaluating outcome of nursing intervention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective planning and organizational skills in order to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective skills in use of computer programs
• Demonstrates skill in patient experience and service recovery
