Description:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit.
Duration of the assignment is 13 weeks.
Shifts will be on nights.
Each shift will be 12 hours long.
Epic experience is required for this position.
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
The current patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5 with a goal of 1:4.
All staff are expected to float as needed within acuity levels.
All requests for time off must be submitted upfront.
Compliance documents are due one week prior to the start date.
Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility are considered local and are not accepted.
Travelers are required to work at least one holiday during the assignment, with exceptions for specific holidays requiring two.
Previous employees must have a minimum one-year break before returning as travelers.
Travelers cannot return for assignments after having worked for 365 days, with exceptions reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 24 hours of onboarding.
Orientation is 24 hours total.
