Must-Have:
– Travelers are required to float as needed within acuity.
– All time off requests must be sent up front with submittal.
– Compliance documents due the Wednesday prior to the start.
– Travelers must work at least one holiday per 13-week assignment, with the exception of winter holidays, where two holidays are required.

Description:
Registered Nurse needed for a telemetry PCU specializing in the care and management of hospitalist medicine patients, including stroke and neurology patients.
This is a certified primary stroke center.
Current nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5, with a goal of 1:4.
Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning to work as a traveler.
Travelers who have worked on assignment for 365 days cannot return, despite any separation period.
Travelers may be considered based on eligibility criteria for distance.
All candidates should have a clear commitment to starting on the assigned date.
Orientation consists of 24 hours.
Modules may be completed during orientation, with varying hours based on specialty.
Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 24 hours of new hire onboarding.
