Description:
This is a 30-bed medical/surgical unit specializing in solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery.
The typical patient population includes pre-op and post-op solid organ transplant patients (kidney/liver/pancreas).
The unit also cares for post-op bariatric surgery patients and other general medical/surgical patients.
Charge training and shadowing is offered to those taking on charge responsibilities.
