Description:
PCU Float Pool position for night shifts.
The role may require floating to any step-down or PCU area.
There is potential to float to other campuses.
Candidates may be required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
Estimated patient ratios range from 1:3 to 1:4.
Qualified candidates must have 2 years of experience in critical care.
Completion of fingerprints is required as part of the credentialing process.
All candidates must comply with any specified credentialing requirements.
Orientation consists of 24 hours which is non-billable.
References from two professional contacts are required.
At least one reference must be from a manager or supervisor.
