• Voice Advantage Interview required
• Nurse Manager Screening/Interview

Job Description:

– Perform comprehensive evaluations of patient conditions in the ICU.
– Develop and implement individualized care plans for critical-care patients.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
– Monitor and adjust life-support systems for ICU patients.
– Provide education and support to patients’ families.
– Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
– Ability to float to areas within the hospital based on acuity.
– Work every other weekend and fulfill holiday requirements as necessary.
– Willingness to make up any called out scheduled shifts as deemed necessary by the department.
