Job Title: RN-Home Health
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Rate: $54-$63/hr
Shift: Flex
Start Date: Two weeks from the date of position offered.
Job Type: 13 weeks contract

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting.
  • Conduct physical examinations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices.
  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure .comprehensive patient care.
  • Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized treatments as needed.
  • Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care.

Skills

  • Experience in pediatric and infant care is preferred.
  • Proficiency in trauma medicine and acute pain management.
  • Knowledge of airway management and physical examinations.
  • Familiarity with anatomy and physiology.
  • Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center is a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum a year experience required.
  • Active BLS required.
  • Active RN-CA License required.
