Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state in hand
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

Must-Have:
– Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel assignments
– Traveler must work at least every other holiday
– ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation, acceptable scores required
– Reference from a supervisor or manager in the specialty applying for is required

Description:
This position is for a Med/Surg Telemetry RN.
The facility is willing to approve up to an 18-week contract.
Confirm desired contract length at the time of submission.
Shifts typically consist of 2 weeks of day shifts followed by 2 weeks of night shifts if needed to meet operational needs.
The facility will do its best to honor preferred shifts but reserves the right to rotate if necessary.
Travelers will undergo orientation, which includes ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
An acceptable score on both assessments is required, and travelers receive a maximum of 2 attempts to pass.
All required certifications must be active without any pending status.
Healthcare professionals must comply with facility policies, including a strict do not call policy.
All modules required for onboarding are billable and must be completed pre-start and annually.
Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints prior to starting.
