**Job Title:** Registered Nurse**Job Specialty:** Med-Surg Adult**Job Duration:** **Shift:** Full Time, All Shifts Available**Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:**- Preferred experience in Med-Surgical Nursing- Pediatric Nursing experience preferred**License:** Montana RN Licensure**Certifications:** – BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire**Must-Have:**- RN nursing degree**Job Description:**- Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.- Interact effectively with patients and significant others while maintaining the standard of professional nursing.- Provide care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures, and with a broad range of medical conditions.- Provide direction to LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping staff, and dietary staff.- Receive direction from healthcare providers, the Acute Care Director, Charge Nurse, and CNO.- Utilize basic nursing principles and procedures.- Demonstrate basic office skills and IV skills.
