**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)**Job Specialty:** Medical-Surgical**Job Duration:** Permanent**Shift:** Day – 12×3 – 06 AM to 06 PM – 36 Hours per Week**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience required**License:** Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma**Certifications:** – Currently holds or is willing to obtain NIH Certification – BLS Certification**Must-Have:** – Authorized to practice in Oklahoma – At least 6 months of nursing experience**Job Description:**- Develop and implement total nursing care for a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.- Conduct patient assessments, formulate nursing diagnoses, and develop care plans.- Provide leadership by collaborating effectively with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members.- Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the clinical setting.- Work in a 12-bed unit that may be used for overflow patients with staffing ratios of 1:4-5 depending on patient acuity.- Monitor patients’ vital signs and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment.- Provide care for patients with a range of conditions, including heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.- Participate in a rotation for on-call and weekend duties as required.**Other Information:**- A relocation bonus is available for candidates willing to move to the designated area.
