Job Description

Shift- Days 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM/ 5*8 hours / 40 hours week
NO weekends
No on call

Submission Requirements

• 3+ years of OR Experience – Required 
• IL RN License – Required
• Eyes, ENT, Ortho, General, Gyn Experience – Required
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) – Required
  • Work history
  • Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
  • 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
  • Candidate’s Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates)

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• Illinois
