The Short Stay unit is an observation unit that sees various patient populations.
The unit accommodates surgical patients and those undergoing cardiac catheterization, pacemaker procedures, urology, orthopedics, and electrophysiology.
The unit consists of 12 beds.
It is crucial to deliver high-quality care to all patients in a timely manner.
Nurses will be responsible for assessing patient needs and administering appropriate interventions.
Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this environment.
Nurses will also manage patient education and discharge planning.
Alternating weekends are required.
D/N rotation included.
Candidates must demonstrate competence in clinical skills and nursing practices.
