Neurology Unit 2N (10278): 2N is a 35 medical/surgical unit, which takes Ortho/Neuro, Med/Surg, and Oncology. They take patients on general telemetry, monitored in a monitor room but no cardiac gtts. The typical patient population is stroke, post back surgeries, post hip/knee replacement. They also take our oncology population.
