Must-Have: Recent experience in a large hospital or acute care setting
Description:
Seeking a registered nurse specializing in medical surgical nursing.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in medical surgical nursing if they have traveled or 3 years without travel experience.
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with ratios of 1:4.
Travelers may be required to float to like units within 20 miles of each other, although this will be rare.
Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered.
Floating between campuses is unlikely unless specifically stated.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work during significant holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
Cerner experience is preferred but not mandatory.
All certifications must be up to date, and plans for renewal should be clearly stated.
Vaccination status must be included in the application.
