Job Description:

– Work night shifts in the Intensive Care Unit with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
– Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes for critically ill patients.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
– Commit to working every other weekend and holidays as required.
– Adapt to shifting priorities and float to different units as needed.
– Participate in continuous education and training programs to maintain knowledge of best practices in critical care nursing.
– Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
