Travel Nurse RN – Med/Surg – $1,850 to $1,950 per week in Roswell, GA

We are actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to join our team in Roswell, GA. This full-time position follows a 3×12 hour rotating day and night shift schedule and is ideal for a dynamic nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

As a Med Surg RN, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or experiencing acute medical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document care accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Respond to emergencies, manage changes in patient status, and initiate appropriate interventions.

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures.

• Support unit efficiency through accurate documentation, timely reporting, and teamwork.
