The Fourth Floor Medical/Surgical Unit at Northside Hospital Forsyth (NSF) is a thirty-four-bed unit, which has the capability of providing care to adolescents, adults, as well as a geriatric population. The unit is comprised of all acute care private rooms with telemetry capability. Care is provided on 24 hours a day, seven days a week basis. The types of patients admitted to the Medical/Surgical unit include, but are not limited to, patients with alterations of the following systems: respiratory, gastrointestinal, renal, cardiovascular, endocrine, orthopedic or immune.
