Job Description

Job Title: Operating Room (OR) RN – Travel Assignment

Location: Hazard, KY
Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM
Schedule: Includes call rotation and every 6th or 7th weekend.
Orientation: Bi-weekly start dates.
Start Date: As listed on the job posting – must be ready to start by that date.

Weekly Travel Pay Package (40 Hours/Week)

  • Total Weekly Gross Pay: $2,506.00

  • Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,256.00

  • Weekly Taxable Wages: $1,250.00

  • Hourly Rate (W2): $31.50

  • Blended Hourly Rate: $62.65
