Job Description

Registered Nurse Blended ICU and CVICU 
All shifts available – flexible- will accept day or night, or only days/nights
 Required Certifications:  BLS, ACLS, NIH
•Years of Experience: 2 years ICU , must have CVICU 
 Float Requirements: Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN) – ED holding (for admitted pts holding in ED)– as needed basis
Number of Beds:  16
Patient Ratios:  1:2
