Description:
The role involves caring for patients in a progressive care unit.
The nurse may potentially care for med/surg patients.
There are required weekend shifts, with two scheduled every four weeks.
Ratios may vary, with a standard of 1:5 and possible adjustments.
First-time travelers are welcome.
There are specific restrictions on time off requests, particularly around holidays.
The facility operates with over 100% capacity.
Review and adherence to compliance requirements are essential.
Modules will be billable for a maximum duration, and any additional time spent is non-billable.
Orientation will involve an 8-hour session that is non-billable.
