Description:
Registered Nurse position available in a medical surgical specialty.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6/7.
First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.
On-call shifts may be required as needed.
Weekend availability is required as needed.
Block scheduling is not accommodated, but weekend block may be considered.
Local candidates (within 100 miles) are not accepted.
Pending licenses are not accepted; all travelers must comply with NLC guidelines.
All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
If holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s fall during the assignment, travelers must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays.
Preferred experience includes Cerner and familiarity with large hospital settings.
Travelers can be floated between like units and campuses within a 20-mile radius.
Travelers must have completed at least one previous travel assignment.
Vaccination status is required upon submission.
