Job Description:
– Provide direct nursing care to surgical trauma patients
– Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
– Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
– Maintain accurate patient medical records
– Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
– Adapt to various clinical settings within the organization
– Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
