**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours weekly

**Experience:** Minimum 2+ years in CVICU

**License:** RN License

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, CCRN preferred

**Must-Have:** Strong critical thinking skills

**Job Description:**

– Join a comprehensive team providing advanced cardiovascular care.
– Work in a facility with expertise across a range of specialties, including heart, lung, orthopedics, surgery, and weight loss.
– Be part of a unit that includes an extensive emergency department, surgical suite, imaging capabilities, and an adult health hospital.
– Manage patient ratios of 2:1, with occasional 1:1, in an 8-bed unit.
– Gain experience with equipment such as Impella, IABP, and CRRT.
– Use Cerner for electronic health records.
– Engage in a patient population comprised mainly of adult and geriatric individuals.
– Opportunity to work every other weekend or based on facility needs.
– Participate in orientation sessions, offered twice monthly, to align with facility standards.
– Contribute to the care and treatment of patients with common diagnoses like CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and Carotids.
– Adhere to professional dress code guidelines, with flexibility in scrub color selection.
