– Provide care for patients in the telemetry unit, monitoring vital signs and heart rhythms.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
– Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
– Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and regulations in a healthcare setting.
