**Job Description:**
– Work in a telemetry unit with 37 beds.
– Collaborate with a team comprising 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs, and 1 Unit Clerk during day shifts; 8 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs during night shifts.
– Manage patient ratios of 1:6, and 1:4 for Heart Cath patients.
– Operate equipment such as PCA Pumps, IV pumps, and Chest Tubes.
– Utilize the Meditech EMR system for documentation.
– Perform procedures including central lines, medication drips, heart cath recovery, and bubble studies.
– Bring a positive attitude, be engaged, and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
