Position Summary: We are looking to hire a LPN / LVN – Outpatient Clinic for a 13 weeks contract in Clifton Springs , NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assist with patient assessments and contribute to the evaluation of treatment outcomes.
  • Provide wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Min 1-2 years of experience is required.
  • Active LPN-NY License required.
  • Active BLS-AHA required.
